Exact size, in mm and inches

Each label measures 63.5 × 46.6 mm (2.50 × 1.83 in). LabelCraft's built-in preset uses those exact dimensions - the engine renders at the label's true size, so what you approve on screen is what lands on the roll. Each sheet is A4, laid out 3 across × 6 down - 18 labels per sheet.

Will a barcode scan at this size?

EAN-13 / UPC-A: scan comfortably. The preset's barcode box is 60.5 mm wide against a 19.1 mm minimum at 300 dpi - 41.4 mm of headroom.
Code 128 (SKU barcodes): a worst-case value up to 27 characters stays scannable in this box.

These verdicts come from the same pre-flight engine the app runs before every print: a barcode's narrow bars must land on whole printer dots (at least 2 dots per module), so the floor is exact, not a rule of thumb. Longer explanation in minimum barcode size and why a barcode won't scan.
