Terms of Service

What the Service does

LabelCraft reads your Shopify product catalog and renders barcode label PDFs that you can print on your own hardware. It stores your label templates, print job history, and app settings on servers hosted in the EU. It does not sell, ship, or process any physical goods.

Your account

Access to LabelCraft is authenticated through your Shopify store. You are responsible for keeping your Shopify account secure and for all activity that occurs under it. Only install LabelCraft on stores you own or manage with permission.

Acceptable use

You may use LabelCraft only for lawful purposes. You must not use it to generate barcodes that infringe third-party intellectual property rights, to produce counterfeit or fraudulent labels, or in any way that violates applicable law.

GS1 GTINs (EAN-13, UPC-A, etc.) must be licensed from GS1 or an authorised GS1 reseller before use. Entering a GS1 company prefix in LabelCraft Settings does not constitute a licence - obtaining the licence is your responsibility.

Billing and cancellation

Subscription billing for the Pro plan is handled entirely by Shopify through the Shopify Billing API. We do not store payment information. Charges, refunds, and disputes are governed by your Shopify Partner Agreement and Shopify's billing policies.

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time by uninstalling LabelCraft from your Shopify admin. Uninstalling cancels the subscription automatically and triggers deletion of your stored data within 48 hours.

Your content and ours

You retain all rights to your product data, barcodes, and label designs. You grant LabelCraft a limited licence to process that data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

All software, design, and documentation comprising LabelCraft are owned by Clement Foltzer. Nothing in these terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LabelCraft is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including losses from mislabelled or unscanned products.

Changes to the Service

We may update features, pricing, or these terms at any time. Material changes will be announced on the /changelog page and noted with an updated date above. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
