Pricing questions, answered plainly
What happens when I reach my monthly label limit?
Printing pauses until your counter resets at the start of the next calendar month: nothing is deleted, and nothing bills you extra. The app warns you as you approach the limit, and upgrading lifts it immediately.
The Free plan includes 200 labels a month, Pro includes 1,000. Retail Pro has no cap.
If prices or plans change later, do I keep what I signed up for?
Yes, for as long as your subscription stays continuously active: the allowance and price your plan had when you subscribed remain yours while it runs without interruption.
Cancelling, downgrading or uninstalling ends that continuity: a later subscription starts on the plans current at that time. Uninstalling the app cancels its subscription automatically: that is how Shopify app billing works, for every app.
What happens if I uninstall LabelCraft?
Your subscription is cancelled automatically, and Shopify starts the data-deletion process it requires of every app. If you come back later, you start on the plans current at that time.
How does the free trial work?
Both paid plans start with a 14-day free trial, on monthly or annual billing alike. It is one trial per shop: switching between paid plans or reinstalling does not restart it.
How does annual billing work?
You pay for a year up front through your Shopify invoice, and the year costs about two months less than twelve monthly payments. The saving shown on this page is computed from the real prices.
Is direct printing extra?
No. Sending labels straight to your own printer, with no PDF dialog in the way, is included on every plan, Free included. So is printing as native ZPL on Zebra printers.
Prices are in USD and billed through your Shopify invoice. Taxes may apply depending on your country.
