At 1¼ × 1 in, this is about as small as a thermal product label gets before barcodes stop scanning. The margins are real - here they are, measured by the engine that prints them.

Exact size, in mm and inches

Each label measures 31.8 × 25.4 mm (1.25 × 1.00 in). LabelCraft's built-in preset uses those exact dimensions - the engine renders at the label's true size, so what you approve on screen is what lands on the roll.

Will a barcode scan at this size?

EAN-13 / UPC-A: scannable, but tight. The barcode box is 28.8 mm against a 28.3 mm floor at 203 dpi - keep the box as wide as the label allows and scan a printed sample before a full run.
Code 128 (SKU barcodes): only up to 5 worst-case characters fit scannably at this width - longer SKUs drop below the scan floor. Print the product's EAN/UPC instead, or pick a wider label.

These verdicts come from the same pre-flight engine the app runs before every print: a barcode's narrow bars must land on whole printer dots (at least 2 dots per module), so the floor is exact, not a rule of thumb. Longer explanation in minimum barcode size and why a barcode won't scan.

This is a generic thermal size, not any one brand's: the same rolls are sold for Zebra (ZD410 (203 dpi), ZD420 (203 dpi), ZD420-300 (300 dpi), GK420d (203 dpi), GX420d (203 dpi), ZD620 (203 dpi)), Rollo (Rollo X1040, Rollo Wireless X1038), Munbyn (Munbyn ITPP941), Phomemo (Phomemo PM-241) and most other desktop thermals.
