Round 2 in / 3 in labels for Shopify
LabelCraft - barcode labels for Shopify that print at exactly the size you set.
Every label prints at the size you set - measured, not approximate.
Overflow or a missing barcode always raises a visible warning before you print.
Every bar lands on whole printer dots, so codes stay crisp and scan first time.
We never overwrite or reassign a product's existing barcode.
Round labels sell products and drive label printing to despair: a barcode is rectangular, a circle is not. LabelCraft ships 2 in and 3 in round presets - here is exactly how much barcode each diameter really carries.
Exact size, in mm and inches
Round 2 in: Each label measures 50.8 × 50.8 mm (2.00 × 2.00 in). LabelCraft's built-in preset uses those exact dimensions - the engine renders at the label's true size, so what you approve on screen is what lands on the roll. Round 3 in: Each label measures 76.2 × 76.2 mm (3.00 × 3.00 in). LabelCraft's built-in preset uses those exact dimensions - the engine renders at the label's true size, so what you approve on screen is what lands on the roll.
Will a barcode scan at this size?
- Round 2 in - EAN-13 / UPC-A: scannable, but tight. The barcode box is 32.9 mm against a 28.3 mm floor at 203 dpi - keep the box as wide as the label allows and scan a printed sample before a full run.
- Round 2 in - Code 128 (SKU barcodes): only up to 6 worst-case characters fit scannably at this width - longer SKUs drop below the scan floor. Print the product's EAN/UPC instead, or pick a wider label.
- Round 3 in - EAN-13 / UPC-A: scan comfortably. The preset's barcode box is 50.9 mm wide against a 28.3 mm minimum at 203 dpi - 22.6 mm of headroom.
- Round 3 in - Code 128 (SKU barcodes): a worst-case value up to 13 characters stays scannable in this box - that is tight, so shorter SKUs scan with more margin.
These verdicts come from the same pre-flight engine the app runs before every print: a barcode's narrow bars must land on whole printer dots (at least 2 dots per module), so the floor is exact, not a rule of thumb. Longer explanation in minimum barcode size and why a barcode won't scan.
