Brother DK-1201 is the standard die-cut address label for QL printers, and at 90 mm long it carries a retail barcode with room to spare. Exact size, scan check and Shopify setup below.

Exact size, in mm and inches

Each label measures 90 × 29 mm (3.54 × 1.14 in). LabelCraft's built-in preset uses those exact dimensions - the engine renders at the label's true size, so what you approve on screen is what lands on the roll.

Will a barcode scan at this size?

EAN-13 / UPC-A: scan comfortably. The preset's barcode box is 87 mm wide against a 28.3 mm minimum at 203 dpi - 58.7 mm of headroom.
Code 128 (SKU barcodes): a worst-case value up to 26 characters stays scannable in this box.

These verdicts come from the same pre-flight engine the app runs before every print: a barcode's narrow bars must land on whole printer dots (at least 2 dots per module), so the floor is exact, not a rule of thumb. Longer explanation in minimum barcode size and why a barcode won't scan.

A Brother DK size: it runs on the QL and TD families - QL-800 (300 dpi), QL-1100 (300 dpi), QL-700 (300 dpi), TD-4420DN (203 dpi), TD-4520DN (300 dpi).
