Coming from Stocky? Keep printing labels when stock arrives.
LabelCraft - barcode labels for Shopify that print at exactly the size you set.
Every label prints at the size you set - measured, not approximate.
Overflow or a missing barcode always raises a visible warning before you print.
Modules snap to your printer's dots, so codes stay crisp and scan first time.
We never overwrite or reassign a product's existing barcode.
Try it now - no install needed
Paste your Stocky (or any supplier) CSV export and instantly see which barcodes will scan, which are missing or invalid, and what your labels will look like at real size. Free, no sign-up.
Shopify is retiring Stocky on August 31, 2026 — and pointing merchants to receive stock via Transfers. LabelCraft prints accurate, scannable barcode labels for the stock you receive, the way Stocky used to. It works with Shopify's native Purchase Orders (received via Transfers), Stocky exports, and any other PO app's CSV export, and every barcode is validated so your labels actually scan.

Stocky stops working on August 31, 2026, and its data doesn't migrate automatically. Export your purchase orders and stocktakes before the deadline — then label your received stock here. (Supplier data can't be exported from Stocky at all, so save what you need early.)
Print labels the moment stock arrives
Open "Print from a list" and paste or upload the list you just received — a supplier packing slip, a purchase order CSV, or an export from your Shopify Transfers record (many columns, a header row, quoted fields like "Black, Large" are all fine). LabelCraft matches each line to your catalog by SKU or by barcode/UPC — exact, never guessed — and collects anything unrecognised, ambiguous, or missing a barcode in an Exceptions panel before a single label prints.
Receive a Shopify Transfer and label it natively — today. Open "Receive & label," pick a received shipment, and LabelCraft reads what actually arrived straight from your Shopify Transfers and builds the print job for you — exact-size labels, no CSV, no setup. The paste-or-upload list above stays as a zero-setup on-ramp for supplier slips that never become a Transfer.
Generate valid GS1 barcodes for items that arrive without one
If any matched items are missing a barcode, a warning appears in the review step with a one-click "Generate missing barcodes" button. LabelCraft generates real GTIN-13s when you have a GS1 company prefix configured in Settings, or unique internal Code 128 values otherwise — so they actually scan at the till and on marketplaces. Existing barcodes are never overwritten; the list updates in place so your print is immediately ready.
Audit your catalog for invalid or duplicate barcodes before items reach the shelf
The Barcode check page (see the GS1 barcodes guide for why GTINs matter) scans every variant in your catalog and flags invalid check digits, restricted GS1 ranges, missing barcodes, and whole-catalog duplicate detection. Fix bad check digits, generate missing barcodes, and resolve duplicates in place — dry-run preview before any write reaches Shopify. Download a CSV report to share with your team.
Step-by-step: printing labels at receiving without Stocky
- Export the packing slip or purchase order as a CSV from your supplier portal, ERP, or Shopify Transfers record.
- In LabelCraft, open "Print from a list" and paste or upload the CSV.
- Choose whether to match by SKU or by barcode/UPC, and confirm which column holds the received quantity. LabelCraft pre-selects both from the header row.
- Click Match. Review the matched items and the Exceptions panel (unrecognised codes, ambiguous codes, missing barcodes).
- If any matched items are missing a barcode, click "Generate missing barcodes" to create GTIN-13s or internal codes in one step.
- Choose your label template, set a start position if resuming a partially-used sheet, and download the PDF. Print at 100% on your Dymo, Zebra, or Avery stock.
Need full purchase-order management — supplier history, ordered-versus-received? For that, Shopify points to its native Transfers feature (Shopify Admin → Inventory → Transfers). LabelCraft handles the labeling step that Transfers leaves to you: once goods are received, it prints the right labels — fast.
