The guarantees behind every label
Exact to ±0.1 mm

Every label prints at the size you set - measured, not approximate.

Never a silent failure

Overflow or a missing barcode always raises a visible warning before you print.

Whole-dot barcodes

Modules snap to your printer's dots, so codes stay crisp and scan first time.

Your barcodes, untouched

We never overwrite or reassign a product's existing barcode.

Shipments rarely arrive complete in one neat box. A line comes in short, a carton is delayed, or one Transfer turns up across several boxes over several days. Reprinting the whole batch each time wastes label stock and risks duplicate barcodes on your shelves. LabelCraft prints exactly the labels you still need — the delta between what you ordered and what has actually landed.

LabelCraft is free for up to 200 labels per month. Pro is $9.99/mo with a 14-day trial. Every label prints to your exact stock size to within ±0.1 mm, so nothing drifts off the edge of a Dymo, Zebra, Brother, or Avery sheet.

See exactly what arrived short

When a Transfers line is received short — fewer units accepted than ordered — "Receive & label" surfaces the expected-vs-accepted shortfall right next to the line. A partial receipt is visible before you print a single label, never hidden after the fact.

That means you decide what to do about the gap on purpose: label what arrived now, and keep a clear record of what is still outstanding for the next box.

Print labels for just the delta

Once you have labelled what arrived, LabelCraft reconciles labels printed against units received — your put-away manifest — and offers a one-click reprint of only the under-labelled shortfall. Not the whole batch again, just the units that still need a barcode.

You can download the reconciliation manifest as a CSV to hand to your put-away team or feed straight into your ERP or 3PL — every variant, ordered, received, and labelled, in one file.

Multiple boxes for one Transfer?

When a single Transfers arrives across several shipments, merge them into one label batch. A variant that appears in more than one box is summed into a single row with the total received quantity — nothing dropped, no line lost, so the count on the shelf matches the count on the manifest.

How partial receipts work, step by step

  1. Receive the first box in Shopify against the Transfer.
  2. Open "Receive & label" and pick that shipment to see the expected-vs-accepted shortfall.
  3. Print labels for exactly what arrived in this box.
  4. When the next box lands, repeat — or use the reconciliation reprint to print only the new and under-labelled units.
  5. Download the manifest CSV for your records and for put-away.

Each pass adds only the missing labels, so a shipment that arrives over three days costs you three short print runs instead of three full reprints.
